About Us
David &Wife Sabrina Cosgrove started in November 2004.
We make all of our products by hand using the Recipes of David’s Grand Mother hence the name “GRAN CLARKE’S”.
This is the name on our range of Breads Cakes & Desserts.
We also use some modern Recipes as David has over 14 Years Experience as a Pastry Chef & Head Chef, Working in France, Saint Barthelemy ,Jersey , Australia , & Dublin.
